Summary: I chose this hotel because it had great ratings and it lived up to the hype. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I spent 2 hours in the reception area, because my roommate was sleeping in and every person that it was interacted with was treated with kindness and respect When a customer called in trying to book on a night that they were completely full, the front desk staff worked to find them another hotel in the area to stay. On my way out I mentioned I was staying in another city soon, and the front desk clerk started looking at what they had in the area that could help to accommodate me as well. When none of their hotels were within 10 miles of my planned location, she gave me other alternatives of places that she thought would be quality to stay. It was truly an exceptional experience with exceptional customer service.
